This beautiful wheel thrown lidded container was made with speckled clay covered with a layer of white, blue or green glaze, with the speckles peaking through! This simple and functional jar is perfect for the home chef. It can also be used as a small storage canister for any number of uses such as a sugar bowl. It could also be appropriate for salt, spices, honey, jam, jelly, etc. Worth mentioning that this container has approximately the same shape and dimensions of the butter crock also listed in the store.
