Shipping time

- Shipping times are estimates and vary depending on the destination of the order. Once your order is shipped, it usually arrives in 2 – 6 business days for orders in US Continental. Orders shipping to Canada may be longer. It’s possible to experience delays during holiday seasons.
Customs and import taxes
You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery
Conditions of return
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it.
- If your item is not returned in its original condition or missing parts, you are responsible for any loss in value.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost for returning your item.
- You must ship your item back within 14 days of delivery
- Since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.
- We do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders or items on sale
Refund for returns
- If a refund is applicable, once your return is received and we confirmed that it’s in its original condition, then we’ll process your refund for the cost of the item only, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the item is damaged no refund will be issued and if any part is missing the value of the part will be deducted from the refund.
